Talent Spotlight:
This month, we’re thrilled to feature two professionals:

Katarina Polonska – Executive Relationship Strategist

Julia Kondakova – Results-driven Business Development and Procurement Sales Support professional

Love, Connie XOXO

“I’m an Executive Relationship Strategist who’s spent the last two decades studying human behavior.

Professionally, I am the founder of Successfully in Love® — a science-based methodology specializing in executive relationship strategy for high performers who are navigating their most critical relational decisions.

I have studied and trained alongside leading experts in gender dynamics, attachment theory, relational psychology, subconscious mind and somatic work. I have supported some of the most accomplished professionals in the world — founders, executives, senior partners — in the one domain where their precision and capability had stopped working: their intimate relationships.

Personally, this work found me.

I was an executive — Fortune 500 consultant, Regional Vice President — succeeding by every external measure while circling the same relational questions for years. Whether to stay or go, whether my needs were the problem, whether what I had was genuinely good enough…or whether I was sabotaging something I should have been grateful for.

I spent 15+ years in therapy and couples counseling — committed, earnest, but going in circles. I read everything, I tried everything. The progress was…okay, but slow, and the core question never fully resolved.

What shifted everything was a lesser-known branch of relational psychology — the Behavioral Science of Attraction — which gave me access to the subconscious systems beneath the patterns I couldn’t think my way out of. Discovering this methodology helped me actually change my wiring.

The result was I got answers — and deep peace.

Now, I’m in a marriage in which I feel genuinely secure, safe, loved, and chosen — because I finally addressed the subconscious patterns driving the disconnection at the root.

From that personal transformation — combined with rigorous academic study and over fifteen years of work in this space — I built the Successfully in Love® Method. It has since guided hundreds of high-performing individuals through the same crossroads, in a fraction of the time and without the decade of circling I endured.

My clients’ transformations remain my most significant professional achievement.

Based out of Vancouver, Canada, I work with a small number of private clients globally — across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia — virtually and through in-person intensives and retreats. Sessions range from 60 minutes to private day-long intensives and multi-day group workshops.

If you are exceptional at everything except your relationship, this is the work I do.”
